It’s almost time for jacket weather! I’m holding out hope that it will officially arrive in Chicago in the next couple of weeks, but right now it’s still in the 80s! As soon as jacket weather arrives I am ready! I’ve added the Field Jacket by Talbots to my collection this year and I’m so in love with it.

I’m normally a green jacket gal, I have been for the majority of my adult life. In fact, I have way too many green jackets and some that I’ve had for so long that they need to be replaced. Therefore, this year I’m replacing an old green jacket with the Talbots Field Jacket in red. I’m really living on the edge now!

The field jacket actually comes in three colors, including a green color, but I was drawn to the red. It’s a soft fall red that has a beautiful warm feeling. The jacket is ideal for warmer fall days and will even be perfect for cooler spring days. I love the versatility of seasons that the field jacket offers. And it doesn’t stop there.
