Hello friends! What a weekend it was in Chicago! The sun was shining and it was in the mid-70’s. I completely forgot that I’m technically locked in my house. However, I did venture out and was able to wear one of my new jumpsuits out of the house. I say out of the house because I’ve been wearing it as loungewear inside of the house. A jumpsuit is ideal for quarantine life. It’s matching so you always look put together, it’s cozy so you always feel comfortable and can be layered in case it’s too cold in your house. And when quarantine is over you wear it all summer outside.

While jumpsuits have been around for a while now, I just picked up on the trend last year. You can see why I finally jumped on the bandwagon here. And then you can see how I styled it for work here. I love jumpsuits so much that I now own three and am constantly looking to add more.

Lux Cotton Jumpsuit

My latest obsession is this lux cotton jumpsuit. This lux cotton jumpsuit is on heavy rotation for me in quarantined. At this point I’ve exhausted all my loungewear options and wanted something new in my rotation. It’s super comfy, yet let’s me still feel put together. I can easily jump on a video call and feel confident in my outfit.

This jumpsuit is super cozy, the cotton is incredibly soft and lays gently on my skin. The tie waist lets me feel super dressed up when I tie it in the center. You can also wear it without the belt for a relaxed look. I’ve been layering it up with my oversized cardigan around the house. I have it in a small, but could have gone down to the extra small and been fine.

What I love about the jumpsuit is you can wear it for multiple seasons, just layer it up! In the summer you can wear it as is and bring a scarf with you to wrap around your shoulders if you get chilly. In the spring it’s ideal to pair it with my favorite jean jacket. I am obsessed with this jacket. It’s a soft denim and the wash is perfect.
