It’s sweater blazer season and I’m here for it!  My most worn and loved item in my closet is my J.Crew Sweater Blazer, I own 3 (black, khaki and green).  The sweater blazer is effortlessly chic.  It is the ideal piece to own as the versatility is endless.  Work, weekend, going out, the sweater blazer will take you there.  I’ve owned mine for at least 4 years and it was my first true blogger piece.

Yes back in the day every blogger was raving about the sweater blazer.  I was heavily influenced to buy my first one.  It meets all my criteria for a key piece.  The cost per wear is dollars at this point for me.  I bring it on every trip I take; personal or business.  I’ve worn it around Disney World.  And it’s made several appearances on holidays. Yes, it is that great of a piece.

This season I was so sad to learn that J.Crew discontinued my beloved sweater blazer.  How could they do that?  It’s the most wonderful piece of clothing I’ve ever owned.  But they didn’t completely kill the sweater blazer, they came out with a new and improved version that I fell in love with all over again!
