Happy early Labor Day Weekend! I know I don’t need to say it, but where did the summer go? It always goes by so fast, but with the fall like temps hitting Chicago right now I’m getting excited for fall.
Labor Day Weekend is the unofficial close of summer. For me it will be filled with low key days hanging around Chicago, a bbq, swimming (if it warms up) and plenty of family time. It will also be filled with online shopping the summer sales during Lizzie’s nap time! Let’s face it, I love to shop, but I also love to do “research” on trends and what is cute to share on the blog.
While I’m going to be shopping all the summer sales I am also going to be focusing on a few specific items to pick up. I’ve been all over the #amazonnightgown trend sweeping the internet. I picked one up and sadly it didn’t fit. They are not for girls with a larger chest. So I’m on the hunt for the next best thing…long floral dresses. I’ll keep you posted on that search.
I also just picked up the cutest top on Amazon that was only $19! I love a good steal and this top came in so many colors. Cheap tops are something else I’m picking up this weekend. I’ve out worn all my tops this summer and need a couple ones to bring through to fall. I’m looking for wallet friendly tops and I found a few cute ones.
