Winter is finally here! Something happened to me around the age of 33. I started to love winter, like really love winter. I don’t know if it’s the fact that I found the one that I wanted to spend every minute with, or if it’s that I lived downtown and truly started walking everywhere. Either way, I started to love winter, especially the snow and all the fun things that came along with it, especially around the holidays. Like cozy fireside drinks, movie nights at home, and super soft cozy sweaters.
You can’t beat cozy sweaters on a chilly day, especially when you break out the first sweater of the season. You all know what I mean, its like 60 in October and you bust out the sweater because it’s a little chilly (not really) and wearing a cute sweater is the best thing in the whole world! Then it turns into turtleneck weather and now I’m really excited. You will find me wearing a black turtleneck sweater 90% (other favorites are here and here) of the the time in the winter when leaving the house. By February Mike asks if I own anything else because I’m always wearing it. I do, but it’s my favorite winter piece.
